By accessing the UltraSecure website at theultrasecure.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
UltraSecure provides professional cybersecurity services including but not limited to: penetration testing, red team operations, GRC and compliance consulting, managed security operations (SOC), incident response, and security awareness training.
All services are delivered by certified security professionals and are governed by individual statements of work (SOW) or engagement agreements agreed in writing between UltraSecure and the client prior to commencement.
Service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes only. Specific deliverables, timelines, scope, and commercial terms are defined in each client's engagement documentation.
All security engagements are initiated only following execution of a signed scope document, statement of work, or engagement letter. No offensive security activity is undertaken without explicit written authorisation from the client organisation.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the authority to authorise testing of all in-scope systems and networks, including third-party systems, cloud environments, and assets managed by external providers.
Any changes to scope during an active engagement must be agreed in writing. Out-of-scope activities identified during an engagement will be disclosed and flagged, not acted upon without additional authorisation.
Engagement deliverables are provided to the named client organisation only and are not to be shared with third parties without UltraSecure's written consent.
UltraSecure treats all client information, engagement findings, and organisational data with strict confidentiality. Our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations and do not disclose client information to any third party except where required by law.
We do not discuss, publish, or reference specific client engagements without the client's explicit written consent. All case studies on our website are fully anonymized.
Clients are expected to treat UltraSecure's methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes as confidential information and not to reproduce or distribute them.
All content on theultrasecure.com — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of UltraSecure and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
Engagement reports and written deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use upon payment of agreed fees. UltraSecure retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, tools, and frameworks used to produce deliverables.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without written permission.
UltraSecure's services are delivered by experienced professionals in accordance with industry-standard methodologies. However, no security assessment can guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities in a system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UltraSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
Our total liability in any matter arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For clients in the UAE and GCC, applicable UAE Federal Law may apply as agreed in the relevant engagement documentation.
For clients in Europe, applicable EU law and GDPR obligations are addressed in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreements provided upon engagement.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
